n——Workpiece or tool (grinding wheel) revolutions per minute (r/min)
②Planing and inserting
Vc=L×(1+V planing stroke/V empty stroke)×n/1000=(5/3)×L×n/1000=0.0017×L×n(n/min)
Or use the following formula:
VC=n×L×(1+m)/1000(n/min)
In the formula, L—— planing stroke ^ length (mm)
n——Number of reciprocating times per minute (times/min)
m-generally take 0.7 (because the return journey must be fast)
①n=Vc×1000/(π×d)=(Vc×3)×1000/d(r/min)
②n=Vc×1000×3/(5×L)=Vc/(0.0017×L) (two-way number/min)
