The increasingly sophisticated mold manufacturing industry has higher and higher requirements for electrical processing technology. As a global leader in electrical machining technology, Makino has never stopped pursuing higher processing accuracy, higher processing speed and higher machine tool reliability, and continues to help customers achieve higher production requirements and comprehensively enhance their competitiveness.
Nowadays, whether it is Makino's EDM machine or wire cutting machine, both adopt the latest Hyper technology, and the processing performance has been revolutionized. While ensuring the most ideal processing efficiency, the limit of efficiency and quality is released. The new generation of Hyper i operating system enables machine tool operators to more simply and effectively exert the performance of the machine tool and obtain optimized processing results.
1. EDGEi series CNC EDM machine
The Makino EDGE series CNC EDM has always been favored by the industry, and the EDGEi series have been further improved. Now the control system has been fully upgraded from the original MGH to Hyper i. Under the premise of ensuring the ideal processing quality, the electrode loss has been further reduced and the efficiency has been greatly improved.
In the processing of precision connector molds, the micron-level fillet radii can be cleaned to ensure the processing of ultra-precision edges and surfaces of fine parts. In the junction processing, the step of the processing junction can be controlled within the minimum limit. Super surface technology can realize the processing of fine and uniform granular plane without surface pinholes.
2. U series wire-cut electric discharge machine
The U series wire-cut electric discharge machine is elegant, simple and bright. The new threading system provides a water-free automatic thread threading method, which greatly improves the success rate of threading when the thread is difficult to thread in hollows or slits. The new generation of Hyper technology can reach a surface roughness of Ra0.4μm with only 3 cuts under standard processing conditions. The H.E.A.T. technology combines the enhancement of flushing fluid and real-time monitoring of pulsed discharge to increase the cutting speed without operator intervention. It can avoid wire breakage and achieve optimal efficiency in the case of highly varying workpieces with difficult flushing fluid.
