At the same time, it can also be merged with the customer's MES production management system, which is more convenient for management and operation.
7. Various sensing functions
Using sensors and welding machine data to detect the welding starting point, welding line, and welding height, it can maintain a strong and stable welding operation under various environmental changes.
8. Arc tracking
Arc Sensing arc tracking function refers to the function of tracking the weld seam by detecting current changes during welding in arc welding equipment including Weaving. If there is an error from the starting point, arc tracking will take a certain amount of time until the correct welding line is reached. Therefore, it is usually recommended to use it in combination with a touch sensing function designed to detect the starting point.

9. Multi-layer and multi-channel
In the arc welding operation of thick plates, it usually happens that the required welding leg length is too wide and cannot be solved by one-time welding or the welding volume is too large and requires multiple repeated welding, that is, multi-pass welding (MULTI PASS). ), at this time our multi-layer multi-channel can come in handy.
Generally, the characteristic of Arc Sensing is that in addition to the first layer of welding bead, Sensing is more likely to be unstable, so only the first layer is tracked by Arc Sensing, and after saving the tracking trajectory at this time, the saved trajectory is changed. Generate and weld more than two layers of weld beads to make the welding quality more stable and improve the welding quality.
