  1. Concept

    (1)equipment inspection

    Equipment inspection is a rough inspection based on the location of the equipment and content. In order to observe the normal operating status of the system, this method is actually an irregular operation management, and it is more appropriate for decentralized equipment.

     

    (2)Equipment check

    In order to maintain the original performance of the production equipment, through the human five or simple tools and instruments, according to the pre -set cycle and methods, the specified parts (points) on the device have an abnormal preventive and thorough inspection process. In order to enable the hidden dangers and defects of the equipment to get early discovery, early prevention, early treatment, such equipment inspection is called point inspection.

     

    (3) The difference and connection between the daily inspection of the equipment and the regular inspection of the equipment

     

    1) Equipment inspector is a full -time personnel and is mainly responsible for the equipment inspection of a production process section. He is different from the maintenance personnel and maintenance personnel and the maintenance technicians. He is a specialized personnel who have undergone special training. Equipment inspectors use five or simple instruments to conduct daily inspections of the equipment. During the inspection process, the abnormal phenomenon and hidden dangers of the equipment are found in the control standard. Equipment failure points, parts, projects, and content, so that the inspection personnel have a purpose and direction for equipment inspection.

     

    2) Equipment regular inspection mainly refers to the equipment maintenance personnel. It is mainly responsible for the repair of equipment faults to ensure the normal operation of the production equipment. According to the information provided by the equipment inspector, the faulty device is inspected and repaired in detail.

     (3)Daily inspections and daily inspections of equipment are actually a position. It is mainly responsible for whether the inspection equipment runs normally. The inspection equipment has an abnormality. It provides better basis for maintenance, shorten the maintenance time, and restores the normal operation of the equipment as soon as possible. 

 2. Classification of equipment inspection

   According to the different operation time interval and the work content, the point inspection is divided into: daily inspection and regular inspections. 


(1)Normal check -in

The target of the daily inspection is the main production equipment used. According to the standard standards, the equipment operator is based on the standards, mainly sensory, and monitor the key parts of the equipment once or several times a day. Is it normal for vibration, temperature, pressure, etc., and make necessary simple maintenance and adjustment of the equipment. The inspection results are recorded in the post record book. The purpose of daily check -in is to discover abnormal equipment in time, prevent problems before it occurs, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment. The content of the daily inspection is relatively simple and the operation time is short. It can generally be carried out during the operation of the device, so it has little impact on production.

 

(2)Regular check

Regular inspections are checked and determined by the professional equipment personnel according to the requirements of the point inspection standards, relying on the sensory official and special detection tools to regularly check and determine the technical status of the equipment. In addition to the work content of the daily inspection, the inspection operation is mainly to determine the degradation, accuracy and functional parameters of the equipment, to find out the cause of the equipment abnormal, and record the device defects that should be eliminated during the next maintenance. The main purpose of regular inspection is to confirm the defects and hidden dangers of the equipment, and regularly grasp the degradation state of the equipment to provide a basis for accurate adjustment and arrangement plan repair to maintain the prescribed performance. The target of the device's regular inspection is mainly to focus on production equipment. The work content is relatively complicated and the working time is long. Generally, it is necessary to stop. So there must be planning.

 

3. The main part of the equipment inspection

 

The content of the equipment check is very different due to the different types of equipment and working conditions, but any point inspection of various types of equipment must do a good job of the following links.

 

(1) Determine the checkpoint

 

Generally, the key parts and weak links of the equipment should be listed as the checkpoint. However, the determination of key parts and weak links has a lot to do with the structure of equipment, working conditions, production processes and equipment in production. The selection of inspection points is improper or too small, and it is difficult to achieve the purpose of the predetermined; too many checkpoints will inevitably cause economic unreasonable. Therefore, the above factors must be considered and the number and quantity of the checkpoint must be determined reasonably. Once the checkpoint is determined, it should not be changed at will.

 

(2) Determine the point inspection items

 

Determining the inspection items is to determine the operation content of each inspection point, such as temperature, vibration, noise, leakage, pressure, wear, etc. When determining the inspection item, in addition to the necessity, the supporting situation of the technical level testing tools of the inspection personnel must be considered. After the point inspection items are determined, they should be standardized and registered in the inspection card.

 

(3) Formation point inspection criteria

 

According to the technical requirements and practical experience provided by the equipment manufacturer, the technical status of the technical status of each inspection project is formulated. The judgment standard should be quantitatively as possible, such as wear, partial angle, pressure, and oil volume, and the quantitative quantitative limit should be performed to facilitate detection and judgment. The formulation criteria should be attached to the inspection item table.

 

(4) Determine the point inspection cycle

 

The inspection cycle shall be determined in accordance with the characteristics of the production process and the requirements of the equipment instructions under the premise of ensuring production, combined with the fault and wear tendency, and maintenance experience, and must not be too long or too short. The point inspection cycle is too long, the equipment abnormal and degradation cannot be discovered in time, and the significance of the point inspection is lost; the point inspection cycle is too short. It will increase inspection workload and increase expenses. The final determination of the point inspection cycle requires a process of exploring trials. Generally, a test cycle can be prepared for a period of time (such as one year), and then comprehensively analyzed the maintenance records, faults and production conditions during the trial period. Determine a actual inspection cycle.

 

(5) Determine the point inspection method and conditions

 

According to the purpose and requirements of the point inspection, the inspection used in each inspection item should be specified in detail. After the inspection method and operating conditions are determined, it becomes a standardized operation process. For example: whether to check with sensory inspection or inspection instruments; whether it is necessary to disintegrate or does not disintegrate; whether to stop or non -stop, it must not change at will.

 

(6) Determine the inspection staff

 

All inspection tasks must be implemented to people, that is, the executors of various types of inspections. The daily inspection work should generally be responsible for the equipment operator, because they are in contact with the equipment every day, and they are very familiar with their performance and technical conditions. It is easy to find problems in time. Once the equipment fails during operation, it can be dealt with as soon as possible. At the same time, it is also conducive to the management of all equipment management. Due to the complex work content, large operating amount, and high technical requirements, equipment maintenance personnel and full -time inspection staff should be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the inspection. When determining the inspection personnel, it is necessary to combine with a certain form of responsibility system, and strive to make clear responsibilities, request specific, and implement tasks.

 

(7) Preparation device point inspection table

 

In order to guide the equipment inspection work, the inspection points, inspection items, inspection cycles, inspection methods, judgment standards, and regulated recording symbols need to be prepared as specified forms as a basis for inspection personnel. This form is called a equipment checkup card. The inspection card is not only the original record of the implementation of the inspection work, the maintenance data of the statistical equipment, and the analysis of the technical status of the equipment, but also an important technical document in maintenance control and management. When preparing the point inspection card, the text and symbols should strive to be accurate and specific, and be concise and standardized to facilitate grasping and use.

 

(8) Do good inspection management work

 

Enterprises should establish and improve the management organizations at all levels to form an equipment inspection management network; formulate the job responsibility system of relevant personnel to implement their responsibilities and rewards and punishments; strengthen information feedback and management, regularly summarize, sort out various inspection Records and archive them as required. The production department should do a good job of inspection, assessment and prize evaluation of daily inspections and inspections. At the same time, we must focus on solving and prevent four problems:

 

Can't prevent the on -site lies;

 

Prevent misunderstandings to prevent inaccurate judgment;

 

Prevent leaks in important parts that have been included in the checkpoint;

 

Preventing problems from detecting will not be solved.
