Linear motion parts are mainly divided into:

1. Guide shaft support

Play the role of supporting and fixing the guide shaft, and can bear a certain load at the same time. The guide shaft support is widely used in the automation industry. It is usually used in conjunction with the guide shaft, linear bearing, etc., to fix the shaft and ensure the transmission.

 

2. Fixing ring 

The purpose of the fixed ring :

 

1) General: can be used for stop, positioning and fixing of pulleys, etc.;

2) Bearing fixing: can be used to fix the inner ring of the bearing;

3) Installation of other parts (universal): Various installation holes are provided, and parts such as fixing plates can be installed.

4) Other parts installation (sensor bracket): it can be used to install the sensor bracket, and the mounting holes that match the hole distance of the sensor bracket are opened;

5) Buffer: It can avoid the metal sound generated by the contact between metal parts;

6) Installation: It can be installed and unloaded simply and quickly;

7) Screw shaft fixing: can be used to fix the shaft end of the screw shaft.

 

3. Linear bearings

Linear bearing is a kind of linear motion system, used for linear stroke and cylindrical shaft. Because the load-bearing ball is in point contact with the bearing jacket, the steel ball rolls with the least frictional resistance. Therefore, the linear bearing has low friction, is relatively stable, does not change with the bearing speed, and can achieve smooth linear motion with high sensitivity and high accuracy. The consumption of linear bearings also has its limitations. The most important thing is that the impact load capacity of the bearing is poor, and the carrying capacity is also poor. Second, the linear bearing has greater vibration and noise during high-speed motion. The automatic selection of linear bearings is included. Linear bearings are widely used in sliding parts of industrial machinery such as precision machine tools, textile machinery, food packaging machinery, printing machinery, etc.;

 

4. Ball guide

A kind of linear guide. There are generally two types of linear guides, one is rolling and the other is sliding. The rolling linear slide is a rolling guide. It uses steel balls to make an infinite rolling cycle between the slider and the slide, so that the load platform can move along The sliding rail can easily move linearly with high precision, and its friction coefficient can be reduced to 1/50 of the traditional sliding guide, so that it can easily reach the positioning accuracy of μm.

 

5. Huajian

The spline connection is composed of an inner spline and an outer spline. The inner and outer splines are multi-tooth parts, the splines on the inner cylindrical surface are inner splines, and the splines on the outer cylindrical surface are outer splines. Obviously, the spline connection is the development of the flat key connection in terms of number. The spline is a standard structure.

 

6. Oil-free bushing/washer

The oil-free bushing can be designed to be self-lubricating, work smoothly, reliably, and without noise. Under the condition of liquid lubrication, the sliding surface is separated by lubricating oil without direct contact, and friction loss and surface wear can be greatly reduced. The oil film also has a certain vibration absorption capacity.

Linear sliders can be divided into three types: roller linear guides, cylindrical linear guides, and ball linear guides. They are used to support and guide moving parts and perform reciprocating linear motion in a given direction. Depending on the nature of friction, linear motion guides can be divided into sliding friction guides, rolling friction guides, elastic friction guides, and fluid friction guides.

 

9. Cable protection chain

Its main function is to make the scattered cables, gas pipes, oil pipes, etc., to be arranged neatly and regularly, so that they no longer appear knotted or entangled, which not only protects the use of the cables themselves. , And can enhance the overall artistic appearance of machine tools and other mechanical equipment. It has now been widely used in most mechanical equipment moving cables.

 

10. Ball screw

Ball screw is an ideal product that converts rotary motion into linear motion, or converts linear motion into rotary motion.

 

Ball screw is the most commonly used transmission element in tool machinery and precision machinery. Its main function is to convert rotary motion into linear motion, or convert torque into axial repetitive force, and it has both high precision, reversibility and high Features of efficiency. Because of its small frictional resistance, ball screws are widely used in various industrial equipment and precision instruments.

 

The ball screw is composed of a screw, a nut, a steel ball, a pre-compression piece, a reverser, and a dustproof device. Its function is to convert rotary motion into linear motion, which is a further extension and development of Akem screw. 11. Trapezoidal screw/sliding screw

The tooth profile of the trapezoidal screw is a trapezoidal tooth, which belongs to a type of spiral transmission, which transmits motion and power through the screwing of the nut and the screw, and converts the rotary motion into linear motion.

 

Trapezoidal screw has the characteristics of high transmission efficiency, accurate positioning, and large bearing capacity. It is most suitable for the purpose of bearing axial load or bearing heavy load.

 


12. Cross roller

The cross roller guide [1] is composed of two guide rails with V-shaped raceways, roller cage cylindrical rollers, etc. The cylindrical rollers arranged in a crossed manner reciprocate on the precision-ground V-shaped raceway surface , Can bear the load in all directions, realize high-precision and stable linear transportation. 13. Sliding bag/V-shaped rail/Linear rail

14. Drive

The driver is in the entire control link, just in the middle of the main control box (MAIN CONTROLLER) -> drive (DRIVER) -> motor (MOTOR). Its main function is to receive the signal from the main control box (NC CARD), and then process the signal and transfer it to the motor and the sensor related to the motor (SENSOR), and feedback the working condition of the motor to the main control box (MAIN CONTROLLER).
