Many factories have difficulty in recruiting workers and cannot keep people. These are the three reasons!

Now that the employment pressure is increasing, hundreds of people have smashed their heads to grab a job. However, this is hard to find in the foundry industry, and many factory recruitment notices are not cared about. This phenomenon is particularly prominent in the processing and manufacturing industries. Even some factories that have made employees proud by mentioning their names cannot escape the fate of "recruiting people every day." Some people say that it is definitely not a good company that can't find people. Is it really that simple? Why does the factory recruit people every day?

There are three main reasons:

1. Investment and return are not proportional

In this era of college students everywhere, many factories still want to use "80s" wages to hire employees in the new century. Not only is the threshold high when recruiting, and there are a lot of requirements that are not available, the working time is also not reduced. Many factories implement the "two shifts" and "three shifts" model. For their salary, the requirements are too high. In particular, some employees, earning one piece of money, have to do two jobs, but still cannot get promoted, so they think they want to change careers.

2. The types of work no longer meet the needs of those born in the 80s and 90s

Now the "post-80s" and "post-90s" are occupying the social stage. This is undoubtedly a big challenge for the processing and manufacturing industries that have always existed at low prices. The survey shows that most of the "post-70s" choose to work on construction sites, because construction sites are relatively free compared to factories. Many of the "post-80s" and "post-90s" generations would rather do sales than work in factories, because sales sometimes make more money than factories.

3. The rules are many and strict

For relatively young factory employees, many leaders have not yet updated the rules and regulations. The imprint of bureaucracy on them has not faded. With a little bit of petty officials, they are demanding of the staff in every possible way. There are a lot of rules not to say, the staff will be severely criticized for any mistakes, and the staff's salary will be deducted in every way, which is impersonal at all. How can such a working environment retain people?

The workers in the factory are very tired, and most of them are employed in foreign countries. Their greatest wish is to find a good boss and have a better treatment.
