1. Look around for customers who are struggling to bargain

When some customers need certain products, they will call to ask, or they will bargain the price from one family to the other. What kind of craftsmanship? what is the material? how much does it lowest? Is it cheaper? OK, I'll ask first, and I'll talk about it later. I went to inquire about the next one... I thought my shrewdness got a bargain. In fact, you offended both the owner of the machinery factory and the sales. Today you can inquire about the price everywhere. We warmly introduce that tomorrow when you really need them, they will have you You will not be accompanied by being blacklisted!

 

2. Customers who owe an order

Some customers habitually owe debts, and leave after each time they talk about cooperation and place an order. Some customers owe it for a year or a half, and some customers owe them and disappear. Clients with such bad habits are either self-righteous or have poor character, do not know how to be grateful without integrity, you feel that you have a lot of face, in fact, others have already hated you for this kind of behavior. Although debts are inevitable, they must be repaid as soon as possible. It is a good idea to borrow and repay.

 

3. Don't know how to pretend and command blindly

There is a specialization in the technical industry, and there is a big gap between professional and non-professional. Some customers may understand some mechanical knowledge, or they may know a few parts, and think that they are experts and become masters. In fact, you dont tune up as soon as you speak. If you really understand it, do you need to come to us? Sales technicians are very disgusted by not knowing how to pretend and know how to behave in the sidelines. Not only do they disrupt their thinking, they also have to explain to you as if they were playing the piano.

 

4. The delivery time is very urgent, and there is no deposit yet

I called and said I was in a hurry to get the goods, and I would pay a deposit in a few days. Often such orders may have been made by the customer elsewhere and the samples were not well done. Wait until you have a slight quality problem, or ask you to ship at a discount, or cancel the order.

Opening a machinery factory is not as easy as outsiders imagine. We trade sweat, technology, service, quality, and integrity for that little profit. The relationship between sales and customers is equal!
