Accident site survey
After investigation, it was found that the safety protection sensing device on the safety door of the incident equipment was artificially shielded (the two contact sensing points on the inner and upper side were abnormally pasted by stainless steel sheets), which means that the safety door of 1# blister machine will also be opened.
