Factory: No.2, Baidai Industrial Park, Daojiao Town, Dongguan, China ,
Today, my country's manufacturing industry is basically supported by the post-70s and post-80s. Those born in the 90s who enter factories are basically invisible. There have been labor shortages in many places and no one can be recruited.
Some time ago, an electronics factory in Shenzhen offered a salary of 7000 per month, but no one came to apply for the job. In order to catch up with the production capacity, Foxconn offered various new incentives. As a result, nothing was recruited, and there were collective resignations. phenomenon. Compared with other industries that are becoming more and more popular in our country today, the manufacturing industry does seem to be a bit deserted.
So the question is, why is the manufacturing industry unable to recruit people now? I think the answer is nothing more than two points.
1. Income issues
As Cao Dewang said before, young people now prefer to deliver food and become Internet celebrities rather than go to work in factories. Nowadays, my foreign sales and live broadcasting industries are becoming more and more popular. There are hundreds of thousands of new delivery staff every year, and Internet celebrities are chaotic. For example, the previous coat brother Zhu Zhiwen is on fire. Some villagers around him rely on onlookers to film him. Earning 600,000 yuan to buy a house; recently, the ramen brother Cheng Yun became popular, and he was suddenly caught up in the face by Internet celebrities and anchors from all over the country.
The reason why these people are so enthusiastic about the food delivery and live broadcast industries is naturally because they are profitable. Although the take-out is hard work, it is more free in terms of working hours than in the factory. In the emerging live broadcast and Internet industries, there are many people who earn more than tens of thousands of dollars a day by rewarding them. So in comparison, naturally, few people are willing to work in factories.
2. Social status
Although we advocate equality for all in the new era, some old ideas have been deeply rooted in our country since ancient times. Compared with the hard work of the factory, being an anchor can not only get rewards and good gift bonuses, but also get the love of the fan community and enjoy a sense of "above and above". Probably this is one of the reasons why young people flock to it.
Judging from the current situation, the development of my country's Internet industry is thriving. I believe that there is still room for development in the future. So where is the way forward for traditional manufacturing? I think it is the issue that domestic industrial enterprises should think about.
